3 years of relevant experience in Industrial IoT or Industrial Automation. Only candidates from these industries will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Expansion : Drive sales growth and profitability across assigned product lines.
- Partner Development : Build and manage partnerships with distributors and resellers; identify and onboard new partners.
- Client Acquisition & Retention : Acquire new customers, convert competitor accounts, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular engagement.
- Market & Product Strategy : Gather market intelligence, customer insights, and partner feedback to contribute to product strategy and roadmap.
- Inquiry & HQ Coordination : Manage customer / partner inquiries efficiently, liaising closely with TAKEBISHI HQ in Japan.
- Marketing & Promotion : Execute product promotion initiatives, including trade shows, digital campaigns, and local marketing activities.
- Communication : Conduct regular meetings with HQ and ensure timely reporting and updates in English.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in Industrial IoT or Industrial Automation.Strong knowledge of OPC, SCADA, MES, and related software; practical application experience preferred.Fluent in English with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Self-motivated, outgoing, and quick to learn with strong analytical and business development skills.
