You will engage potential customers, schedule service appointments, and fill any last-minute gaps in the schedule. This fully remote position is ideal for a candidate who excels at juggling multiple responsibilities, communicating effectively, and resolving issues on the fly in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have strong verbal communication skills, particularly over the phone, as well as exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office is also essential.

Main Responsibilities :

• Cold Calling & Prospecting : Conduct daily cold calls to prospective clients to introduce services and generate new leads.
• Engage leads across multiple channels (phone, email, social media) to drive business growth.
