With 500+ retrofitted vehicles on road and rapidly growing demand, we are scaling aggressively across Karnataka and other states to transform 30 crore petrol 2-wheelers into sustainable electric or hybrid vehicles.
Role Overview :
The Program Manager – Sales Operations will act as the backbone of the sales organization, ensuring operational efficiency, accurate reporting, and process discipline. This role is ideal for someone who is data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about enabling sales teams to succeed at scale.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own the sales operations engine – CRM accuracy, funnel tracking, reporting dashboards.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics (leads, conversions, revenue, SLA adherence).
- Build and maintain sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports for leadership.
- Standardize and enforce sales processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to ensure smooth execution.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements for higher efficiency and conversion.
- Design and track incentive / commission programs to drive performance.
- Support new city launches with operational planning, playbooks, and partner coordination.
- Conduct training / enablement sessions for sales teams on CRM usage, reporting, and process updates.
Candidate Profile :
Experience : 4–7 years in Sales Operations / Program Management / Business Operations.Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, CRM tools (Zoho / Salesforce), and reporting dashboards.Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.Process-driven mindset with ability to balance speed and compliance.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.Preferred : Background in Automotive, EV, Telecom, or BFSI sales operations.What We Offer :
