About the Role :

The Associate Manager – STEM Trial Workshops will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and improving the end-to-end experience of trial workshops for STEM education programs. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education, student engagement, and STEM learning who can combine operational excellence with communication and people skills.

You will collaborate closely with the Academic, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure high-quality, impactful trial experiences that convert interested leads into long-term learners.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Workshop Management & Coordination

  • Plan, schedule, and execute online and in-person STEM trial workshops across multiple regions.
  • Coordinate with instructors, technical teams, and support staff to ensure smooth session delivery.
  • Maintain real-time updates on trial sessions, registrations, attendance, and conversion metrics.
  • Handle contingencies effectively — last-minute instructor changes, reschedules, or tech issues.

2. Instructor & Team Collaboration

  • Liaise with instructors to ensure they are trained, equipped, and aligned with the trial objectives.
  • Provide feedback and coaching support to instructors for improving student experience.
  • Collaborate with the operations and academic teams to enhance trial content and delivery.
  • 3. Customer & Parent Engagement

  • Communicate with parents and students pre- and post-session to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
  • Address participant concerns and ensure a delightful experience throughout the trial journey.
  • Collect feedback and insights from parents and students to improve trial quality and conversion.
  • 4. Reporting & Data Analysis

  • Track and analyse performance metrics : registration vs. attendance, engagement levels, and conversion rates.
  • Share regular reports and insights with management to drive data-driven improvements.
  • Identify trends and suggest strategies to improve workshop efficiency and participant outcomes.
  • 5. Quality Assurance & Innovation

  • Ensure that each trial workshop aligns with the company’s educational quality standards.
  • Suggest creative engagement ideas to make sessions interactive and inspiring for kids.
  • Pilot new formats or engagement techniques to enhance the trial-to-enrolment journey.
  • Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Science, Engineering, Management, or a related field .
  • 2–5 years of experience in the education or ed-tech industry , preferably in operations, student engagement, or academic coordination roles.
  • Strong understanding of STEM learning methodologies and experience working with children (6–18 yrs) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills .
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple workshops simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, CRM tools, and online meeting platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.) .
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience coordinating trial classes, demo sessions, or workshops in an education or training setup.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and implement improvements.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for designing engaging learning experiences.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
