Role - Lead Proposition Management (Transit) (Product Lead)

• years of experience in Product Development, preferably in cards or transit industry

Qualification - BE / B.Tech or + MBA from institute of repute

Job Location - Mumbai

Drive product features and business with the concerned banks, terminal vendors, AFCs, card vendors

Drive product feature enhancements and respective deliverables for RuPay OnTheGo (Transit)

Manage P&L and growth of RuPay OnTheGo (Transit) product

Engage with the RuPay certification team and monitor the progress of certifications related to RuPay.

Engage with Transit operators and assist in problem solving

Work with the industry to build acceptance and new use cases on RuPay OnTheGo

Drive product innovation and enhancements on RuPay OnTheGo

Key skills and experience required

Effective Communication Skills

Sound knowledge of Payments, preferably UPI and Cards

Understanding of Card Technology, Operations, Risk and other functions

Product Design & Development

Solutions & Engagement Management

Stakeholder Management

Commercial Acumen & Business Analytics

Project Management Skills

Analytical Skills
