Position Overview
The Pricing Leader will develop and execute pricing strategies to drive profitability and competitiveness. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure effective pricing decisions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement global pricing strategies aligned with company goals.
Lead a team of pricing professionals for continuous improvement.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
Collaborate with finance, sales, marketing, and product teams.
Drive customer negotiations and optimize pricing agreements.
Monitor and analyze pricing performance to maximize profitability.
Maintain pricing models, tools, and systems.
Provide leadership on pricing best practices and industry trends.
Qualifications
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
Minimum 20 years of experience in finance and commercial leadership.
Experience in IT / ITES industry, especially in pricing leadership roles.
Proven track record in customer negotiations and pricing strategies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Experience with pricing tools and software is preferred.
