Overview :
We're looking for a sharp Marketing Data & Analytics Specialist for a UK-based digital agency working with luxury fashion brands. You'll own analytics setups across GA4 and Shopify, build Analytics dashboards that drive decisions, and turn performance data into strategic recommendations for high-end eCommerce clients.
Role type : Part-time role initially (20 hours per week) with strong potential to grow into full-time.
Hours : 2.30pm - 6.30pm IST
Salary range : For 20 hours per week : ₹5L - ₹7L per year (depending on experience)
What you’ll do :
- Weekly performance storyteller : Every week, you'll deliver a comprehensive roll-up report analysing the week's performance with concrete budget and persona targeting recommendations.
- Analytics setup guardian : Implement, audit, and maintain tracking across GA4, Shopify, and paid platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest), ensuring data accuracy and consistency across the entire tech stack.
- Client-facing advisor : Present performance insights and recommendations directly to clients.
- Persona architecture specialist : Master the agency's persona-driven campaign structure. You'll break down performance by both channel and persona to guide highly targeted campaigns.
- Dashboard craftsperson : Build and maintain intuitive dashboards that translate complex eCommerce data into clear insights for both internal teams and clients.
- Growth architect : As you prove your impact, you'll have the opportunity to scale into a full-time role, eventually building and leading your own analytics team.
Who we’re looking for
Someone with 3+ years of experience who has the following skills and traits :
eCommerce analytics expert : Deep understanding of eCommerce tracking, attribution, and the customer journey – this is non-negotiable. You've worked with online retail and understand how purchases actually happen.BI tool proficient : Comfortable with Polar Analytics (ideal) or similar tools like Looker Studio, Supermetrics, Power BI, or Tableau.Technical & client-ready : You're confident with GA4, Shopify, Google Tag Manager, and debugging tracking issues. Just as importantly, you can articulate your analysis clearly and present insights to sophisticated clients with poise.Analytically quick : You spot patterns fast, translate data into actionable recommendations, and can thrive in an agency setting.Consumer-minded : You understand luxury fashion and what makes consumers tick.Bonus points if you have
