Role Overview

We’re looking for a Program Manager – Influencer Marketing to lead end-to-end campaign execution across multiple brands. This person will manage creators, coordinate with internal teams and clients, and ensure every campaign is delivered seamlessly — from strategy to reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute influencer marketing campaigns from brief to final delivery
• Manage client communication, timelines, and deliverables.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers across categories and platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• Develop campaign strategies, content calendars, and creative approaches aligned with brand objectives.
• Negotiate influencer deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Oversee content review and ensure all assets meet brand guidelines and campaign goals.
• Track performance metrics, analyze results, and prepare detailed post-campaign reports.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators and talent managers.
• Collaborate closely with the strategy, creative, and analytics teams for better campaign outcomes.
