HR & Social Media Manager Intern

Job descriptionAssist in planning and executing social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Conduct research to identify trending topics, audience preferences, and competitor activities. Create, capture, and edit engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, videos, and captions aligned with brand voice and goals. Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for social media campaigns, collaborations, and content series. Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to keep the brand's presence fresh and effective. Track engagement metrics and provide insights to improve reach and performance. Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail. Eagerness to learn and a proactive approach to new challenges.

- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
