Job descriptionSharePoint Online : Modern pages, communication sites, team sites, web parts, lists, libraries. SPFx Development : Web parts, extensions, custom solutions using TypeScript, React, JavaScript, and CSS . Front-End Development : HTML5, CSS3, React, JSON, REST API integration. Microsoft 365 Integration : Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, Viva Connections, Graph API. UX & UI Design : Knowledge of designing responsive, user-friendly intranet portals . Branding & Theming : Implementing organizational branding and design consistency. Workflow & Automation : Using Power Automate and SharePoint Designer workflows. Security & Governance : Implementing permissions, data classification, and compliance measures. Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting : Debugging SPFx solutions, managing large-scale intranet content.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Intranet Designer & SPFx Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern intranet portals using SharePoint Online and the SharePoint Framework (SPFx) . The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with an eye for user experience (UX) and design , ensuring our intranet is visually engaging, intuitive, and aligned with organizational branding.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement modern SharePoint Online intranet sites, including team sites, communication sites, and hub sites.
- Develop custom SPFx web parts, extensions, and applications tailored to business needs.
- Implement responsive page layouts, templates, and branding for a consistent intranet experience.
- Configure and manage document libraries, lists, metadata, and workflows to optimize content management.
- Integrate intranet components with Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, Viva Connections) .
- Collaborate with UX / UI designers to create visually appealing, user-friendly intranet pages.
- Customize SharePoint search, navigation, and personalization features for enhanced usability.
- Ensure security, permissions, and compliance best practices in intranet design.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade SharePoint intranet solutions.
- Stay up to date with the latest SharePoint Online features, SPFx updates, and Microsoft 365 innovations .
