We are looking for a Technical Lead to oversee our software development team and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in software engineering, a passion for technology, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical design and development of software solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure code quality through code reviews and maintain best practices in software development.
Mentor and guide team members on technical issues and career development.
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.

Skills and Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in software development and engineering.

Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Hands-on experience with web frameworks such as Spring, Angular, or React.

Solid understanding of database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
