Aonxi Inc. is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for experienced Cold Callers who can generate high-quality leads from the US B2B market .

If you are confident on calls, results-driven, and hungry to grow—this is the role for you.

What You Will Do :

Make 100+ outbound calls daily to US-based small businesses.

Generate 3–5 fresh qualified leads every day .

Communicate our value proposition clearly and professionally.

Identify prospects, qualify them, and book demo appointments.

Maintain accurate call logs, lead information, and follow-ups in CRM.

Meet weekly and monthly performance targets.

What We’re Looking For :

Must have experience working in the US market (B2B preferred).

Excellent English communication skills —clear, confident, and persuasive.

Previous experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or lead generation.

Ability to handle objections and convert conversations into opportunities.

Comfortable making high-volume calls daily (100+).

Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.

Must be able to work during US time zones .

Stable internet connection and a noise-free workspace.
