Role & responsibilities
- The incumbent would be responsible for growth of Third party business in the region under his / her control, meet the revenue plan for the region across functions
- He / She would be responsible for execution of business plans in his / her region and providing region specific inputs to TPP Central Team while chalking out the business plan for TPP Products
- The incumbent to understand the TPP business dynamics in the region and take adequate responsive / proactive measures to increase the revenue / insurance penetration in existing / new to bank customers
- The incumbent would be responsible for maintaining the optimum product mix to maximize revenue in the region across all functions
- Responsible for working closely with central TPP Team to drive suitable product, timely launch of new products, marketing activities, rewards and recognition in his / her respective region
- Responsible for recruiting and motivating team to perform at optimum levels in the region
- Responsible for building and maintaining relationship with all internal and external stakeholders in the Region
- Responsible to manage the TPP Area Managers for the assigned region
