Technical Full Stack Lead

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Full Stack Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of complex software solutions.

The ideal candidate will have expertise across front-end and back-end technologies, strong architectural skills, and the ability to lead a team of developers while collaborating closely with product, design, and QA Responsibilities :

• Lead the full stack development team in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications.
• Architect, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using modern server-side technologies.
• Design responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern frameworks and best practices.
• Ensure high code quality through code reviews, mentoring, and enforcing development standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX / UI designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Drive technical decisions, including selection of frameworks, libraries, and architecture patterns.
• Implement and maintain CI / CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Enforce security best practices across the application stack.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability to current and future projects.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of learning and technical excellence.
• Contribute to documentation, technical specifications, and architecture :
• 8 to 10 years of experience in full stack development with a strong technical leadership background.
• Proven experience in front-end technologies such as Angular, React, Vue.js, or similar.
• Strong back-end development experience with Node.js, Java, .NET, Python, or similar technologies.
• Experience with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
• Expertise in designing RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI / CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of application security best practices and authentication mechanisms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in Agile / Scrum development / Plus Skills :
• Exposure to AI / ML integration in applications.
• Familiarity with performance optimization and scalability strategies.
• Experience with serverless architectures.
• Prior experience leading geographically distributed teams.
• Certification in cloud or full stack development (AWS Certified Developer, Microsoft Certified, etc
