Senior Administrative Partner

Role Overview :

We are seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to support our Director cum Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This role requires an individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while providing high-level administrative support.

Key Responsibilities :

• Diary Management : Efficiently manage the calendar, scheduling meetings, and prioritizing appointments to optimize their time.
• Day-to-Day Assistance : Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Communication Liaison : Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication on behalf of the CTO.
• Documentation Management : Maintain accurate records and files, handling confidential information with discretion and ensuring accessibility as needed.
• Office Operations : Assist in office management tasks such as ordering supplies, handling inquiries, and coordinating with other administrative staff to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications :

Note : This role entails reporting to both the CEO and CTO, requiring close collaboration with both executives and their respective teams. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of the organization and ensuring the executives' schedules run smoothly.
