The Opportunity

Due to the continued success of the business and our future growth plans, we have an exciting opportunity within our Unica team. The role will involve supporting our customers in designing and delivering best practice communication using the HCL Unica technology. Craft CXM consultants have experience in data, direct marketing, and technology, delivering high value, best-practice solutions. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to continue this, supported by our experienced leaders.

Main Responsibilities

• Campaign Development : Configure, execute, and optimise customer communication campaigns using Unica, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Platform Database : Utilise platform databases, segmentations and preference centre / optout processes effectively.
• Consultative Support : Provide consultative advise and hands on guidance to assigned clients ensuring campaign objectives are achieved, aligned to best practice methodologies.
• Customer Enablement : Enable allocated clients across Unica platform best practices, automations and processing standardising build methodologies.
• Solution Design : Able to design and implement solutions to client challenges using technology and operational process automations, championing best practice adoption.
