Key Responsibilities :

1. Administrative and Office Support :

Maintain and update company databases and tracking systems like inventory and daily office expenses to ensure accuracy.

Manage daily administrative tasks including data entry, filing, copying and organizing important documents and office records .

Coordinate internal communications and distribute information to relevant staff and departments.

Manage office supplies and inventory; monitor stock levels, process purchase orders, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

2. Financial :

Assist with basic financial tasks such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and reconciling departmental budgets under supervision.

Coordinate and maintain professional relationships with vendors and service providers, assisting with contract documentation and scheduling.

3. People Management (as needed) :

Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees, including preparing necessary paperwork.

Field and promptly address basic operational questions and requests from staff and internal stakeholders.

Requirements :

High school diploma or or Bachelor’s Degree

0 to 1+ years of experience in an administrative, clerical or operational support role is desirable.

Core Skills :

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Meticulous and accurate in record-keeping, data entry, and documentation.

Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to interact professionally with internal teams, management, and external vendors.

Strong knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

Proactive approach to identifying and resolving routine operational issues.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a member of a team.
