Your Team's Impact
The role primarily focuses on managing the Benefits policies and programs which includes vendor management, compliance, designing benefit packages, framing policies, market intelligence, end-end administration of enrollment, endorsements, maintaining internal and external benefits database.
What You'll Do
Recommend benefits programs to management by studying employee requirements and trends and developments in benefits offered by other organizations. Supports management's decision making by analyzing benefit options and predicting future costs. Competitive benefits offerings to the employees
Comply with federal, State, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; obtaining qualified opinions; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions. Validating invoices and endorsements, Employee database management of beneficiaries, Partner with Insurance vendors and TPA's to prepare reports. Administration of Group Health insurance, Group personal accident and Disability insurance, Group life insurance. Employee Benefits data management, Vendor Management, compliance and timely payments.
Design, review and update benefits communications on an ongoing basis,
Validate and review SOP's, FAQ's & BCP's for benefits processes and update Intranet pages,
Develop written materials (e.g. forms, procedures, brochures, etc.) for the purpose of documenting benefits activities, providing written reference and / or conveying information, Partner with the technical team to plan and execute annual benefits enrollment, Benefits query management. Process Documentation for business planning and BCP, employee communication
Leave & Policy updating as per statutory norms
Responsible for benefits team results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining team members; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Team Management
