Job description

Job Title : Assitant Manager-Learning & Development

Location : Thane

Experience : Minimum 3+ years in Learning & Development / Corporate Training

About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic L&D professional to design and deliver impactful training

programs across teams. The ideal candidate will identify skill gaps, enhance team capabilities,

and drive a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct training needs analysis and develop learning plans.
  • Design and deliver engaging training modules and workshops.
  • Train new joiners to become job-ready and perform their assigned tasks effectively.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, manuals, and training documentation.
  • Use Microsoft 365 tools to design presentations, track performance, and report

outcomes.

  • Measure training effectiveness and share progress reports with management.
  • Support implementation of new digital and AI-based learning tools.
  • Manage and update the Learning Management System (LMS) — upload courses, track
  • progress, and generate reports.

    Required Skills :

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in L&D / Corporate Training (Educational Content
  • Writing Background preferred)

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
  • Exposure to AI-driven learning or digital training tools (preferred).
  • Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Certification in Training & Development is an advantage.
