Job descriptionMeasure training effectiveness and share progress reports with management. Support implementation of new digital and AI-based learning tools. Manage and update the Learning Management System (LMS) — upload courses, track Minimum 3+ years of experience in L&D / Corporate Training (Educational Content Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously. Exposure to AI-driven learning or digital training tools (preferred). Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Certification in Training & Development is an advantage.

outcomes.
