About the Role : YouDot, a fast-growing digital marketing agency, is looking for a creative and motivated Junior Editor to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being part of the full content creation process — from handling the camera and shooting to editing and scheduling. You’ll assist in scripting, appear in videos when needed, and help bring engaging visual stories to life for both our brand and our clients. What You’ll Do : Edit and refine short-form (Reels, Shorts) and full-format videos for YouDot and client brands Assist in scripting and brainstorming creative video ideas Handle basic camera setup and shooting tasks during content creation Occasionally appear on camera for brand and client projects Maintain and update the content schedule to ensure consistent uploads Support the creative team in managing footage and project organization Who You Are : Comfortable on camera and interested in storytelling through visuals Familiar with basic video editing apps like CapCut, InShot, or Premiere Pro Able to handle basic camera equipment and shooting setups Organized, reliable, and proactive in managing schedules and deadlines Team player with a creative mindset and willingness to learn Perks : Hands-on experience across all stages of video production Learn from experienced editors, creators, and digital marketers Build a strong content portfolio with diverse brand work Opportunity to grow into a full-time role based on performance Location : Punjagutta, Hyderabad
