SSE Self-Optimizing Network (SON) Architect (Implementation & Configuration)

Position Description :

Preferred location Chennai / Bangalore

We are currently looking to hire a candidate for the Self-Optimizing Network (SON) profile and we are particularly focused on the following key skills and expertise :

1. Deep Understanding of SON Functions : Including self-configuration self-healing and self-optimization techniques.

2. Network Optimization & Radio Resource Management : Expertise in load balancing traffic optimization interference management and energy efficiency within mobile networks.

3. Automation & Scripting : Proficiency in automation tools like Ansible Python and network management automation technologies.

4. Machine Learning & Data Analytics : Experience in applying machine learning for anomaly detection performance prediction and optimization.

5. 5G Networks & Emerging Technologies : Familiarity with 5G architecture network slicing and multi-access edge computing (MEC).

6. Security & Network Management : Strong knowledge of network security protocols and OSS / BSS integration within SON systems.

7. Linux : Candidate should be strong knowledge in Linux Operating Systems

8. Telecom Knowledge : candidate must have experience in telecom technology 2G 3G and 4G
