We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven E-commerce Ads Associate to manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across leading marketplaces and quick commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with ad platforms, and a solid understanding of performance marketing metrics to drive measurable business results.
Responsibilities :
- Execute and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms including Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Purplle, and Nykaa.
- Manage campaign budgets, keyword bidding, and targeting to meet platform-specific KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CVR).
- Allocate SKU-level budgets to maximize sales and visibility of key products.
- Track daily campaign metrics — spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and sales.
- Analyze campaign performance at product and keyword levels to identify optimization opportunities.
- Monitor organic vs. paid share, ad rank, and share of voice to guide decision-making.
- Partner with category and brand teams to build keyword strategies (branded, generic, competitor) and ensure strong campaign structure.
- Plan monthly spends aligned with promotional calendars, new launches, and peak sales periods.
- Coordinate with design and brand teams to ensure correct creative assets and ad formats are used.
- Test new ad formats and features to enhance campaign efficiency and scalability.
- Maintain regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and share actionable insights for performance improvement.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in performance marketing, e-commerce advertising, or marketplace marketing.Hands-on experience with any of the following : Blinkit Ads, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Swiggy Ads, Zepto Ads.Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets — pivot tables, formulas, data analysis.Strong understanding of key performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS, TACoS).Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to handle large datasets.Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :
Prior experience in FMCG or Beauty & Personal Care categories.Familiarity with campaign automation or marketplace analytics tools.
