Job Summary :

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused  Outbound Sales Agents  to join our food delivery support team. The role requires handling outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting services, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Candidates must be  fluent in Arabic and English , possess strong sales orientation, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to customers to promote food delivery services and offers.
• Achieve daily / weekly / monthly sales targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships through proactive engagement.
• Educate customers on products, services, promotions, and benefits.
• Accurately record customer interactions and update CRM systems.
• Collaborate with team leaders and provide feedback for process improvement.
