Key Responsibilities

Deliver daily in-person classroom training on programming and / or full-stack development.

Design, develop, and implement learning activities, materials, and resources that align with industry standards.

Provide personalized learning experiences by understanding student needs and delivering tailored support throughout the program.

Actively assist and resolve student queries and issues promptly, providing mentorship and guidance.

Contribute to curriculum development and improvements based on student feedback and industry trends.

Continuously develop and demonstrate a teaching philosophy that inspires student learning.

Review student deliverables for accuracy and quality.

Handle a class size of 70-100 students, ensuring engagement and effective learning outcomes.

Stay current with professional development in both pedagogy and software development practices.

About the Role

We are looking for passionate and skilled

Gen AI Instructors

to join our team. This role involves training and mentoring students / professionals in cutting-edge technologies such as

Generative AI, AI / ML, MERN Stack, and Full Stack Development . Candidates from

IITs and NITs

with strong fundamentals and a zeal for teaching are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging sessions on

Gen AI, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, MERN Stack, and Full Stack technologies .

Develop structured learning material, hands-on projects, and case studies.

Mentor and guide learners to build practical, industry-ready skills.

Travel to different states for delivering offline training / workshops as needed.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and continuously improve content and pedagogy.

Required Qualifications

Education :

B.Tech / M.Tech / Ph.D. ( CSE background ) from

IITs or NITs

(mandatory).

Experience :

Freshers and experienced professionals are welcome.

Skills : Strong knowledge in

Generative AI, AI / ML

Proficiency in

MERN Stack & Full Stack Development

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Passion for teaching and mentoring

Key Requirements

Willingness to

travel across India

for training / workshops.

Must be an

immediate joiner .

Strong problem-solving and mentoring abilities.
