Admin Supervisor
Role Summary : Oversees central kitchen administrative operations (non-cooking). Focus on hygiene, equipment maintenance, process compliance, and quality checks. No direct cooking responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and enforce hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols (FSSAI compliance, internal audits).
- Conduct regular quality and maintenance checks of equipment and infrastructure.
- Ensure adherence to kitchen SOPs and workflows (ingredient receipt, storage, temperature control, dispatch).
- Coordinate with procurement / supply for maintenance schedules and spare parts.
- Maintain documentation for hygiene audits, servicing logs, QC checks.
- Support operations in process compliance across units.
- Train staff on hygiene and process standards.
Required Skills / Experience :
3–7 years’ experience in central / large-scale kitchens.Strong understanding of hygiene, kitchen processes, and equipment.Good administrative, coordination, and audit readiness skills.
