Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager at INDIE CLOTHING CO., located in Erode. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations and ensure workflow efficiency. Responsibilities include inventory management, quality control. The Assistant Manager will also collaborate with leadership to implement strategies, address customer concerns, and evaluate system improvements to optimize productivity and customer satisfaction.

• Proven organizational and time management skills to oversee daily operations efficiently.
• Strong leadership skills for supervising.
• Proficiency in inventory management, scheduling, and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to analyze processes and recommend operational improvements.
• Prior experience in retail, fashion, or a similar industry is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in fashion or a related field is preferable.
