Role Description:
The Business Leader- Commercial Growth & Operations will serve as the operational and commercial anchor of TIRUN's core business.
This role is designed for a senior business operator who combines sales execution discipline with a strong marketing and growth mindset- someone who understands customer funnels, distribution ecosystems, and digital leverage, and can translate that into scalable performance.
The mandate is to balance revenue delivery with growth strategy, improve execution cadence, modernize operating processes, and strengthen customer and partner engagement- all while leading senior teams with clarity and accountability.
