Role Purpose :
To conceptualize, plan, and execute events that generate additional revenue streams for the institution while strengthening the brand presence and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and manage opportunities for renting school facilities (auditorium, playgrounds, classrooms, sports arenas, etc.) to external organizations.
- Develop and implement rental policies, pricing models, and usage guidelines in alignment with school leadership.
- Negotiate agreements with clients, ensuring profitability, compliance, and protection of school interests.
- Coordinate event logistics, security, housekeeping, and support services during rentals in coordination with the local school administration.
- Track revenue, expenses, and ROI for all rentals and present monthly reports.
- Build strong relationships with corporates, event planners, and community organizations for recurring business .
Key Requirements
Graduate / Postgraduate with 4–6 years of experience in Event Management / Business Development.Proven track record of delivering revenue-generating events and partnerships.Strong vendor management, negotiation, and financial acumen.Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Competencies
