Job Overview :

We are looking for a Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and detail-oriented graphic designer with strong video editing skills, capable of creating compelling visual narratives. You will be responsible for designing engaging graphics and producing high-quality video content for a variety of digital platforms, from social media to websites. Your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) will play a pivotal role in bringing our creative vision to life.

Key Responsibilities :

Graphic Design :
Design visually striking graphics for use across digital platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and advertisements.
Develop creative concepts and design layouts, infographics, promotional banners, and other visual content that aligns with branding strategies.
Ensure all designs are on-brand, high-quality, and optimized for various platforms.
Video Editing & Motion Graphics :
Edit and produce high-quality videos for diverse digital platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Create and integrate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance storytelling and user engagement.
Work on video projects from conception to final delivery, ensuring that all videos meet brand guidelines and objectives.
Design and animate short-form videos, explainer videos, and video ads.
Enhance video content with sound design, voiceovers, and music, ensuring audio-visual harmony.
Collaboration & Strategy :
Work closely with the creative team, content managers, and marketing team to understand project requirements and develop compelling visual concepts.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas for creative campaigns.
Incorporate feedback from clients and stakeholders to refine designs and videos, ensuring the final product aligns with project goals.
Quality Assurance :
Maintain a high level of attention to detail while working with design and video assets.
Ensure all content adheres to industry best practices in terms of aesthetics, branding, and technical quality.
Stay current on design and video production trends to keep content fresh and innovative.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Visual Arts, or related field.

2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design and video editing tools.

Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing / motion graphics work.

Solid understanding of video formats, resolutions, and optimization for various platforms (social media, YouTube, etc.).

Excellent eye for design, motion graphics, storytelling, and branding.

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

Desirable Skills :

Experience with 3D motion graphics or animation.

Knowledge of UI / UX design principles.

Experience with social media content creation and strategy.

Familiarity with video / audio editing software beyond Adobe Suite (e.g., Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).

Understanding of copyright laws, stock footage licensing, and music rights.
