About The Role

As sourcing & procurement manager at Dressfolk, you will play a critical role in managing end-to-end procurement. This role demands a strong understanding of fabric procurement; inventory management and the ability to optimise efficiency in having the correct stock levels. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations, while maintaining the highest standards of effectiveness.

What You'll Do

• Lead sourcing and production across crafts, textiles, and categories to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Plan and allocate production efficiently with artisan clusters and vendor partners.
• Manage end-to-end production processes, ensuring optimal use of manpower and raw materials.
• Maintain strong vendor and artisan relationships, ensuring scale while preserving quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production with business goals.
