Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Odisha, India, for a Co-founder in Business Development with Investment. The role entails driving business growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives, identifying and leveraging business opportunities, and building strong client relationships. In addition to overseeing business strategy implementation, the position requires extensive research and engagement in decision-making processes. The role also involves contributing financially to support business growth and development.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities to assess market opportunities and analyze business strategies effectively

Excellent Communication skills for building relationships with clients, investors, and internal stakeholders

Proficiency in Sales and Marketing to drive revenue growth and develop impactful strategies

Experience in business development or leadership roles is highly desirable

Ability to make strategic decisions and contribute to the long-term vision of the company

Willingness and capability to invest in the business as part of the co-founder responsibilities
