We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team, specializing in AHF (Affordable Housing Finance) . The ideal candidate will have professional experience in the BFSI industry , with a background in sales or relationship management. This role is crucial for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management & Sales :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by selling a range of banking products and services, including loans, savings accounts, and credit cards.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Business Development :
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research .
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote banking products and services.
- Collaboration & Issue Resolution :
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
Job Requirements
Experience & Knowledge :Professional experience in the BFSI industry , preferably in sales or relationship management.Strong knowledge of banking products and services , including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.Experience working in a small finance bank or similar institution is a plus.Skills :Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify new business opportunities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve business objectives.Skills Required
