Investor Reporting Analyst - Real Estate Private Equity Fund

About the Role :

The Investor Reporting Analyst will play a key role in supporting the fund operations and investor relations teams for Real Estate Private Equity funds. The role involves preparing and reviewing investor reports, managing data across financial systems, and ensuring timely, accurate, and transparent communication with investors and auditors.

Key Responsibilities :

Investor Reporting & Analysis

• Develop a deep understanding of Real Estate Private Equity fund structures, operations, and reporting processes.
• Prepare and review customized investor reporting templates to ensure consistency, accuracy, and high-quality deliverables.
• Prepare Quarterly Investor Reports, Performance Summaries, and other periodic updates for investors and stakeholders.
• Calculate and validate IRR (Internal Rate of Return), Time-Weighted Returns, and Leverage Ratios for multiple real estate funds.
