Admission Counsellor - Fresher or Experienced

Position Overview :

We are hiring an enthusiastic and customer-focused Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission process and promote the institutions programs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Engage with prospective students and parents to provide detailed information about courses, admission procedures, and campus facilities.
• Assist students in completing admission forms and documentation.
• Organize and participate in admission-related events, including open houses and webinars.
• Follow up with leads and inquiries through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of admissions and applicant data.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for student enrollment.
