Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Chandigarh, India. The Human Resources Specialist will oversee and implement HR policies, manage employee benefits, and support overall personnel management. Responsibilities include developing HR management strategies, handling recruitment efforts, ensuring compliance with HR policies, addressing employee concerns, and fostering a positive work environment. The role will involve regular interaction with employees and contribute to building effective HR processes aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management
• Knowledge of HR Management and HR Policies
• Understanding of Employee Benefits administration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in maintaining confidentiality and ethical conduct
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the education sector is an advantage
