Job Title : International Business Development Executive

Location : Chennai

Experience : 2 – 4 Years

Salary : ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Requirement : Strong English communication is mandatory

Role Overview

The International Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new global business opportunities, expanding the company’s international client base, and building strong professional relationships across overseas markets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a proactive approach to driving revenue growth through international business collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, research, and pursue new international markets and business partnerships.

Generate leads through various channels and convert prospects into long-term clients.

Develop and implement strategic business plans focused on global market expansion.

Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer profiling to support business development initiatives.

Manage client negotiations, prepare proposals, and close business deals in alignment with company goals.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for international clients.

Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Participate in international trade exhibitions, networking events, and online business forums to represent the organization.

Track business performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.

Ensure compliance with international business norms, commercial practices, and regulatory requirements.

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.

2 to 4 years of proven experience in international sales, business development, or client management.

Strong command of English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Prior exposure to international markets, global customers, or cross-cultural environments is preferred.

Skills Required

Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Proven negotiation and client acquisition skills.

Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.

Excellent networking and relationship-building capabilities.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and business development software.

Result-driven mindset with a passion for achieving revenue targets.

Time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
