Marketing Content Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Content & Marketing Operations Specialist to support our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be skilled in SEO, blog writing, and content creation , while also managing coordination between internal teams and external marketing partners / agencies . This role is crucial in ensuring smooth execution of content and marketing deliverables that align with client’s brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development & Blogging

Research, draft, and edit blogs and articles around insurance, personal finance, and investment topics.

Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and follows brand guidelines.

SEO & Performance Optimization

Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices for blogs and digital content.

Track and report content performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.

Marketing Coordination

Act as a bridge between internal marketing / product teams and external agencies / vendors .

Ensure timely execution of campaigns, blog posts, and digital content deliverables.

Assist in managing editorial calendars and aligning content with marketing campaigns.

Marketing Operations Support

Support the creation and review of marketing collaterals (emailers, landing pages, campaign copy, etc.).

Coordinate content review cycles and approvals with internal stakeholders.

Assist in campaign reporting and documentation of marketing activities.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in content writing, SEO, or marketing operations (BFSI / insurance domain preferred).

Strong ability to manage cross-functional coordination between internal teams and external agencies.

Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and on-page optimization .

Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress / HubSpot) is an added advantage.

Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
