What You’ll Do

Collaborate with product & engineering to translate requirements into wireframes and high-fidelity designs (Figma).

Create user flows, low / high-fidelity prototypes, and clickable demos for usability reviews.

Contribute to our design system (components, tokens, documentation) and maintain consistency.

Run quick user tests or stakeholder walkthroughs; synthesize findings into actionable design changes.

Deliver developer-ready specs (auto-layout, constraints, variants) and support handoff.

Document decisions and keep design files organized and versioned.

What You’ll Need

Strong portfolio or case studies showcasing UX process (problem → research → iterations → outcome).

Proficiency in

Figma

(layouts, components, prototyping); basic understanding of UX research methods.

Foundation in typography, spacing, color, and visual hierarchy; attention to detail.

Familiarity with accessibility basics (e.g., contrast, focus states).

Clear communication and willingness to learn.

Nice to Have

Experience with motion / interactive prototyping (Figma Smart Animate, ProtoPie, After Effects / Lottie).

Basic HTML / CSS familiarity for better dev handoff (not required).

Experience running quick usability tests or surveys.
