Position Summary :

This is a senior-level Power Platform Engineer opportunity to build and own modular, workflow-driven solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. Your initial focus is digitizing Master Data Management workflows (currently Excel-based) and routing them into a governed, scalable low-code application. The engineer will collaborate directly with MDM and data leaders to architect clean, rules-based flows that support ERP integration (SAP) via SQL and WindShuttle. The business is growing fast and investing heavily in automation; this engineer sets the blueprint. Ideal candidates have experience delivering full lifecycle Power Platform solutions, translating business logic into technical flows, and working independently in lean or cross-functional teams.

Experience and Education :

5+ years building low-code solutions using Power Platform tools

Track record of building workflow-driven apps that support real business processes

Experience supporting ERP-integrated apps in a manufacturing, supply chain, or operations context

Previous work with Dataverse, SQL Server, SharePoint, and Power BI

Hands-on experience building both canvas and model-driven apps

Proven success owning the development lifecycle in lean or solo delivery environments

Familiarity with SAP integrations, WindShuttle, or PLM / NPD workflows (a plus)

Primary Job Responsibilities :

Own design and delivery of Power Platform apps from scoping through deployment, using Power Apps and Power Automate.

Lead the digitization of manual, Excel-based business processes into scalable workflows

Collaborate with MDM and business teams to define technical requirements

Translate ambiguous business logic into structured, rules-driven application flows

Create reusable components and workflows that can scale across departments

Minimize customizations—prioritize native capabilities, flexibility, and maintainability

Build workflows that accommodate approvals, conditional logic, and data routing

Integrate apps with SQL Server, SharePoint, and Dataverse

Support reporting needs by feeding Power BI dashboards with live app data

Act as the Power Platform SME, advising on architecture, scalability, and best practices.

Document technical flows and architectural decisions clearly for future maintenance

Collaborate with offshore developers and analysts in the Pune office

Help shape MVP features and maintain a prioritized enhancement backlog
