Experience : 6-10 years
Role & Responsibilities :
- Responsible closing deals, creating financing plans for customers, and creating analytical models for investors and credit underwriters.
- Examining and scouting the market to find real estate transactions involving common assets
lease rental discounting transactions, unique scenario deals, high yield arrangements, and classes from both the both the primary and secondary (existing investor / lender) markets.
Developing concepts with promoters, CFOs, and CXOs to organize and find funding opportunities mandates for reorganization, settlement, and advice.To assess the entire real estate asset class, comprehension abilities are required.Constant interaction with coverage teams, agencies, investors, and internal relationshipsConstructing appropriate credit solutions and creating proposals with funding solutionsCreating IM and analytical materials for external investors and internal do-ability assessments information docket, cash flow models, etc.Working on placements with the sales team, outside agencies, and potential investors.Deal closure, including money, documentation, due diligence, and consequences.If this opportunity excites you kindly share your updated CV on
