To run the daily Domestic despatch plan in the SAP as per delivery date to achieve OTDIF. Report - ZACG_despplan

To send the Next Three days despatch plan to concerned department for achieving OTDIF.

To check the order status and update the despatch file in excel . If any material having short quantity or material under sorting or material under printing sorting inform to concerned HOD and get it clear to achieve OTDIF.

To check the orders are produced as per delivery date if not then to check with Plant Planner for dipping delay status and get the new dipping date from Plant Planner.

If any order having short quantity then to check the stock in SAP and get it allocated from Plant planner.

Daily information to CSR / Sales for that day despatch / Short / Excess qty for prior information to Customer so that customer will not cancel the order or vehicle will not be detained at customer end.

Daily internal follow up with Production / WIP & Quality for BMR and Usage decision for to achieve OTDIF.

To check availability of vehicles in ATS System for daily vehicle planning and loading, follow up for vehicle availability and unloading at customer end if vehicle detained.

To plan the vehicles as per delivery date and vehicles to be planned as per vehicle capacity.

To make the delivery challan and inform to Vehicle Loader and Document executive for preparing invoice and E-way bills & other documents for smooth delivery.

To make the daily / monthly OTDIF report for information to all concerned department for analysis of achieving OTDIF.

To check the Transporter bills and make the tracker for bills pending so that transporter will get payment on time & ensuring TMS entry in the system.

If any customer return required to take back as per instructions from Quality Dept then Dispatch planner will organization the vehicle for collecting the material & he will co-ordinate with CSR / Sales for proper documentation required from customer.

To make detention report & circulate to all concerned CSR so that they can inform to customer for cost of loss to the ACG.

Internal process

• To ensure daily short & Excess Report is complied & shared with respective function head after complete analysis to ensure adherence to plan & right quantity is delivered to customer
• To report daily / Monthly OTDIF loss reasons to concerned departments
• To report delay + vehicle consolidation to CSR / Sales
• To ensure zero non compliance in internal & external audits for allocation of Stocks.
• To Support plant to achieve budgeted dispatch as per plan for the month .
• FG and HFX Inventory Management (Physical vs Actual compliance)
• Follow up for BMR with Production / Mucilage / PFD
• Follow up for UD with Quality
• ASRS Daily check
• Yesterday’s ASRS observation to be resolved
• ASRS spare parts Generate PR if stock not available
• ASRS Trouble shooting
• ASRS Inventory Management
• Monitor and generate PR for Yearly AMC for ASRS
• Daily , weekly , Monthly reports
