Lead / Developer - VC++ / MFC

Senior C++ Developer :

We are looking for an experienced Senior C++ Developer with deep expertise in MFC, VC++, and Visual Studio to lead the development of complex, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should have strong object-oriented programming skills, multithreading experience, and a proven track record of technical leadership in software projects. Candidates with exposure to the financial domain or capital markets will be given Skills :

• Proficient in C++, VC++, MFC
• Strong hands-on experience with Visual Studio
• Solid understanding of Multithreading and Socket Programming
• Familiar with STL, COM, Data Structures, and OOPs :
• Minimum 10 years of experience in C++ / VC++ / MFC application development
• Must have led development on at least 2 MFC-based projects
• Minimum 4 years of team or technical leadership experience
• Experience in either Windows or Linux development environments
• Strong debugging and analytical skills
• Exposure to Financial Services / Capital Markets domain is a Attributes :
