Graduate Apprenticeship Trainee - Manufacturing

As a Graduate Apprenticeship Trainee – Manufacturing, you will work alongside experienced professionals in one of Reckitt's high-performance manufacturing facilities. This program offers a hands-on opportunity to gain practical exposure in manufacturing processes, production planning, and operational excellence within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing unit to ensure smooth production flow.
• Assist in monitoring process parameters and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Prepare and maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma activities.
• Support maintenance and engineering functions to reduce downtime and increase equipment efficiency.
• Collaborate with shift supervisors and production engineers to meet production targets.
