Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment :
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various operational and technical
roles,Housekeeper.
Ensure timely closure of vacancies.Liaise with local vendors and agencies for bulk or urgent hiring needs.Operations Support :
Coordinate with site teams for manpower deployment, attendance, andreplacements.
Assist in preparing and submitting monthly operational reports.Support payroll input preparation (attendance, food, accommodation, etc.).Qualifications and Experience :
24 years of experience in recruitment and / or operations (preferably in facilitymanagement, manpower supply, or service industry).
