We’re looking for a Program Manager who thrives at the intersection of business operations, digital marketing, and analytics . You’ll lead cross-functional programs that enhance efficiency, optimize marketing ROI, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and deliver strategic, cross-functional business and marketing initiatives.
• Translate business goals into measurable projects with clear KPIs.
• Optimize operations through process improvements, automation, and data dashboards.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to plan, track, and optimize digital campaigns.
• Develop and manage marketing performance dashboards (CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversions).
• Analyze campaign and business data to uncover trends and actionable insights.
• Partner with leadership for quarterly / annual planning and OKR alignment.
• Foster strong collaboration between marketing, sales, product, finance, and analytics teams.
