Position Overview
The National Sales Head will be responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy for NIPT (Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing) or Oncology product lines. This leader will drive business growth through strategic partnerships with hospitals, diagnostic chains, and clinicians, while building and leading a high-performing national sales team. The Location can be Delhi / Mumbai / Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
- Create partnership and CoE (Centre of Excellence) model for NIPT, Cancer Screening & MRD with the key teaching institutes, hospital, leading lab, diagnostic centre and corporate accounts
- Develop and implement the national sales strategy for NIPT and Oncology NGS based MRD & MCED portfolios.
- Drive business expansion and revenue growth through strategic partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic networks.
- Build, train, and lead a high-performing sales, and KAM team across key regions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), OB / GYNs, oncologists, and lab directors.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Operations to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and business plans for management.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or Business; MBA preferred.10+ years of sales leadership experience in diagnostics, genomics, or related healthcare sectors.Proven experience launching and scaling NIPT, Oncology, or Molecular Diagnostics products.Strong network and relationships with clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic partners across India.Demonstrated ability to build and manage national sales teams and drive P&L performance.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
