Role Description
- IB / CB Central team supports Global Divisional COO Office and works in close coordination with Product COOs, HR Business Partners, Reward Advisors, Finance colleagues and Business Management & Control teams of Deutsche Bank globally for IB and CB.
- The team is responsible for formulating & driving business plans and strategy around headcount / FTE, People and compensation analytics, management and coordination of year end process and development and maintenance of Tactical platform to cater business needs.

Support for divisional strategy regarding headcount planning, management and reportingAssist in co-ordination of year end process for Corporate Bank / Investment Bank including promotions and compensation cycleResponsibility of divisional FTE modelling, MI and other ad hoc requirements with assistance from Pharos People PlatformTranslate business requirements for technical teams and drive the transformation agenda for teamIdentify opportunities for process improvement and automating current business process to minimize manual effortsDevelop & maintain collaborative working relationships with global partner teams including Finance, HR, Product COOs and Business ManagersYour Skills And Experience
Strong data modelling skills and a demonstrable ability to produce detailed analysisExceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong technical skills, particularly in dealing with high volume of data, management of databases and Excel. Experience with SQL and Tableau is preferred (or a willingness to learn)Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English across all levelsIndividual with a commitment & motivation for self-development and growthAbility to work with teams and drive output across multiple stakeholdersAbility to take ownership and work toward deadlinesDesire to work in a fast paced, challenging environmentHow We'll Support You
