Job Title : Functional Consultant – o9 Solutions

Job Type : Full-time

Experience Level : 2 to 3 Years

Job Description : As a Functional Consultant at Bristlecone, you will work closely with our clients to implement and support o9's powered planning platform. You will play a key role in gathering business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and supporting the configuration and delivery of the solution.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Work with clients to understand business requirements across supply chain, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and integrated business planning modules of O9.
• Translate requirements into functional design specifications for o9 platform configuration.
• Support the implementation team with configuration, data integration, and system testing.
• Assist in solution validation, UAT, and go-live support.
• Act as a liaison between client business users and technical / development teams.
• Contribute to documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions.
