Role & responsibilities
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager at Wehouse - Home Construction in Chandigarh. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Minimum Experience : 6-7 Years
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Master's in Business Administration.
Proven experience in construction sales, preferably in a specific industry or market.
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales management tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
