Job description

Core Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve AWS service issues across dev, test, and prod environments.
  • Manage AWS services to ensure availability and performance.
  • Design, build, and deploy AWS cloud solutions.
  • Guide cloud adoption, migration, and optimization strategies.
  • Automate administration and monitoring using scripts (e.g., with Terraform / CloudFormation).
  • Provide technical support for AWS-related issues, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure and Product teams on AWS architecture / design.
  • Assist with Proof-of-Concepts, proposals, and technical documentation.
  • Stay current with AWS / cloud technologies and best practices.

✅ Must-Have Skills

  • Certifications :
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner
  • AWS SysOps Administrator
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate (or equivalent experience)
  • AWS Experience (3+ years) :
  • Hands-on with services like API Gateway, S3, ECS / EKS / Fargate, EC2, Lambda, WAF, CloudTrail
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation)
  • Designing and implementing AWS solutions
  • Technical Knowledge :
  • Networking (routing, switching, firewalls)
  • Windows & Linux server administration
  • DevOps tools (Jenkins, Artifactory, Gerrit, Confluence, etc.)
  • WebLogic or similar app servers
  • Soft Skills :
  • Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
  • Effective communication (technical to non-technical staff)
  • Ability to mentor peers
  • Attention to detail, multitasking, and strong desire to learn
